Don't see a time that meets your needs immediately?  You can submit your request for a wait list time and we'll do our best to work out your request.

Once your appointment is scheduled you'll be able to complete your new patient forms from any computer, tablet, or smart phone.

1 hour is scheduled for new patient appointments to allow for thorough history, examination, and treatment.  Most are complete within about 45 minutes.  Regular visits only require 15-30 minutes depending on the treatment for your condition.  You can expect the doctor's complete attention at every visit.
